Claire Bisanz Distad brings a rich heritage and over a decade of professional experience to The Distad Team. The granddaughter of the founders of Bisanz Brothers Construction Company, Claire’s family built over 700 homes in the Highland Park neighborhood of Saint Paul—one of the most vibrant and desirable communities in the city. Today, Claire, her husband Tom, and their two boys are proud to call Highland Park home, where she now sells homes in the very neighborhood her family developed.

Claire began her real estate career in 2010 with Coldwell Banker Realty, working in the Wayzata office before returning to her roots at the Highland Park office. Her diverse experience across the Twin Cities real estate market gives her a deep understanding of the Western Suburbs and Saint Paul’s unique neighborhoods. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned sellers, or investors, Claire is passionate about providing a seamless, informed, and successful real estate experience.
